Jump Start My Heart

Please join us for our 2nd "Jump Start My Heart" Fundraiser in memory of Shauna's Birthday.

Each participant will be doing 100 jumps (straddle jumps and/or leaps). If you would like to participate please print out the pledge sheet (.doc file) and get as many pledges as possible to help make this fundraiser a success.

If you are unable to jump but would still like to come and support the Foundation by cheering the jumpers on that would be awesome!

If you would like to order a T-Shirt, please e-mail the sizes that you want. (Small, Medium, Large, X-Large)? The cost is $10 payable at the event when you pick up your T-Shirt(s). (They will be the same style as last year, but they will be black with teal writing)
We will also be having a bakesale with lots of good homemade baked goods!
