Macy's is holding a non-profit fundraising event, called "Shop For A Cause. "Parents across the country are participating on behalf of Parent Heart Watch (www.parentheartwatch.org).

For a donation of $5.00, I will mail you a Macy's 20% (10% off on some things) discount coupon which is good on Saturday, October 13th only, and you can enter a Macy's drawing to win a $500.00 gift card.

We (Parent Heart Watch) are trying to raise $50,000 to get our "Make The Grade" Project started. This program will assess schools across the country as to whether or not they are "Heart Safe" and have instituted an adequate emergency plan, including well trained staff and a sufficient number of adequately maintained automatic external defibrillators (AEDs), for anyone who may go into cardiac arrest at school.
